Quiet and comfortable family run Hotel, situated in the centre of Quiet and comfortable family run Hotel, situated in the centre of Versilia, in Marina di Pietrasanta, at 100mt from the beach, on the main promenade and offers a magnificent view of the Apuan Alps.
Recently renovated, it has a small car park with limited number of parking space, and there is another car park 2km away (both on payment).
Agreements can be made on good value prices. It has a shady garden with a play area for small children, it has a solarium balcony with a 360° view of the area, there's a sheltered veranda on the first floor, where you will find books and games for children.
All rooms have a balcony, ensuite bathroom, shower, hairdryer, tv, air conditioning and free wi-fi, wooden furniture and tiled floors. The rooms are accessible to the disabled, there's a lift, free wi-fi everywhere in the Hotel and we accept small pets.
We offer B&B with an italian breakfast (buffet with both savory and sweet food), fruit juice and food for celiac and intolerante customers, half board with rich buffet of vegetables and starters, on request there's a menu for children with celiac and intolerance problems to please all the needs. The food is typical of the area, genuine and well prepared.
We have agreements with restaurants, pizza bars and bars for our customers, which offers discounts for mid-day meals. In some periods of the year we offer access to beach and restaurant at good price.

The Pietrasanta and Viareggio railway stations are not too far away and there's a bus stop in proximity of the structure.
The position of the Hotel has the advantage of being near all tourist attractions, such as Viareggio's Carnival, Torre del Lago Puccini, the ancient agricultural and commercial centre of Camaiore, to the artistic and medieval town of Pietrasanta. It's also close to the Apuan marble quarries and the seaside resort of Forte dei Marmi, to the historic residence of D'Annunzio "La Versiliana" and to many more places.

For double single use there is a variable supplement based on the type of room available.

Discounts are available for the third, fourth person and children.

We offer special rates for the beach service.
We accept small / medium-sized animals, for a fee: € 5.00 per day for additional room cleaning.
It is possible to reserve an internal parking space in line and for a fee based on availability and for which a reservation is required.

On the day of arrival, the rooms will be available for check-in from 14:00
on the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated by 11:00
Supplement for late check-out (when possible) € 50.00 per room and in any case no later than 17:00
Cancellation policy
The cancellation or modification of the reservation is; free up to 14 days before
of the arrival date (in the periods from May to July inclusive and for September)
while for the period of August the gratuity is valid only for modifications or
cancellations received within 25 days from the date of arrival.
In case of No Show, cancellations or changes communicated late the whole will be required
amount of the holiday booked.
